HISTORY

Founded in 1885 as a trading company at the time of Ferdinand IV of Bourbon, it became, by becoming a textile industry, a constant and gradual success always at the head of the head of the family, until the arrival of Michele Alois who, in 1992, according to a desire whose beginnings date back after the war, he set up a micro-vinification breeding for 9 native vines, thus doubling the bisecular activity of the dynasty.

CELLAR

The vine cultivation that surrounds the company, the small original half-hectare plot of land with only 9 planted rows from which it all started, the 20 new hectares recently planted with vines, are treated with great passion by Michele Alois, who lives day by day his vineyard. Positioned on a plateau surrounded by a natural amphitheater of hills, not far from the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina and the Matese Massif, it is affected by the positive climatic effects in particular for the high temperature range and good ventilation , optimal elements during the ripening of the grapes. The type of cultivation is low espalier with Guyot pruning and a density of 5,200 plants per hectare.
