HISTORY
The Castello di Vincigliata is a beautiful estate in the area of Fiesole, dating back to 1031 and purchased by the Graetz family in the early 1960s. Around the castle lie the vineyards and the cellar of Bibi Graetz. An artist in the soul, a painter by vocation, Bibi began to devote himself to wine at the turn of the year. Initially he began by managing several old vines, until today with about 50 hectares of vineyards. Bibi manages to create magnificent wines, with the inspiration of the great artists and the rigor of true artisans. Wines outside the box and at the same time endowed with unique depth and aristocracy. Drinking Bibi Graetz wines is a fairytale journey, between the sacred and the profane, which starts from the aesthetic beauty of the labels - true works of art, which arise from his cheerful and surreal touch, sometimes provocative - and continues sip by sip with wines that give off a typicality of the vine and territory that amazes and surprises, making them infinitely enjoyable.
