We have been cultivating the vine for over forty years. Three winemakers, together, united more by friendship than by the same, unitary productive intentions. For us lives and life really have the same meaning. Because we have never doubted the importance of working in harmony with what surrounds us. A landscape punctuated by mountains, bathed in lakes, between medieval castles and lots of rural areas. Baluards of a wine culture that turns into rural culture. A love for viticulture and enology transmitted to the second generation, which has managed to create an exceptional link between tradition and innovation. Looking forward, but bringing the roots of Trentino always in the heart.
Earth, rocks, wind. In a certain sense, our cellar is also the synthesis of this union. Completely excavated in the ground, it stands out in a linear exterior, structure completely surrounded by limestone rocks, exposed to the sun as in the wind mitigate the whole valley. Nestled at the foot of Castel Madruzzo, it wants to be a new, simple symbol of peasant activity, a sign in the territory, to establish the identity of the community itself, but above all of our production philosophy. Made of dedication and spontaneity. Each phase of the transformation of grapes into wine reflects the naturalness of the process. Suffice it to say that oenological technology is reduced to the bare minimum. The grains, pressed, end up by "free fall" in the fermentation vats, then in the refining barrels and finally also in the bottling vessels, the patience and the natural strength of the wine help our cellar intuitions. Wine tradition, combined with a modern architectural style. The cellar is as rational as it is fascinating in its simplicity. The Dolomites "enter" in every outdoor space. Also in the "fruttaia" where they find shelter the grapes to be dried on the racks - the traditional "arele" - destined to be transformed into very particular wines, Vino Santo su tutti. It's still. The rocks (masterfully caged, now integral parts of the cellar) condition both the temperature and the view. Even in the deep envelops where the wine slowly matures. Evocative space, silent, almost in symbiosis with all the other vital parts of the company structure, including distillery. Where in the latter - with the artisanal "bain marie" distillation of the marcs - the cycle of the grapes is completed: centellinando grappa. Further, magical alchemical relief of the most genuine Trentino rural culture.
