Oslavje Bianco di Radikon is an excellent assembly of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Sapidity, fairness and depth find a balance that makes Osslavje one of the greatest white wines in history. It is orange colored, bright and rich in color. The nose expresses rich and complex scents, which call the apple and apricot. The palate is broad, persistent and slightly sapid, at the same time slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. Very long, it closes on dehydrated fishing notes

HISTORY AND COMPANY
Fundamental name for the whole Italian natural wine movement, that of Stanko Radikon is a unique path, which crosses most of the recent history of the Collio. Oslavia, not far from Gorizia: this is where everything changes in what has been, and continues to be, a sort of large laboratory dedicated to the varieties of the area and their winemaking methods. A path that evolves quite rapidly: in the late 1980s, with the development of technologies, steel began to be used to produce fresh and drinkable vintage wines. Stanko, however, does not believe in this type of production for a long time and returns to that wood already widely used by his father, bringing the first barriques to the cellar. In 1995, however, everything was revolutionized and large cone-shaped vats began to be used where long maceration of white grapes began. This technique, used by the farmers of the past to produce wines that could resist oxidation, has been revived and gradually developed until today. Stanko wines, often known as "orange wines", are the result of a radical approach, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Among the rows, the rules are simple, almost essential: a few bunches per plant, no synthetic product, only manual processing and harvesting only when optimal maturation is reached. In the cellar, the procedures followed are equally simple: spontaneous fermentation, no technicality and no addition of sulfur dioxide, even in bottling, then years and years of aging in cask, and as many years of aging in glass. From Ribolla Gialla to “Jakot”, from Merlot to “Oslavje”, passing through Pinot Grigio and “Slatnik”, the result is practically unique, inimitable and extraordinary. Wines, the Radikon branded wines, naturally natural, timeless wines, wines like others do not exist, wines to which it is simply impossible to resist.
