Neroluce by Feudo Principi di Butera is a brut produced in Sicily. A sparkling wine from Nero d 'Avola grapes that embodies the Sicilian, energetic and sapid character of the vine and the brightness of the Feudo lands. In the name the synthesis of the contrasts of these places, in which a dazzling light draws very black and deep shadows, full of life. It has a deep straw yellow color with light coppery reflections, fine and persistent perlage, a delicate aroma of small red fruits with light spicy notes of black pepper and cloves and an intense and persistent flavor with definite citrus notes.

- The Nero d'Avola grapes are harvested to the right degree of sugar maturation and acidity to obtain a fresh mineral base. Soft pressing allows to obtain white wine from black grapes without the need for further intervention

- After a period of aging over 3-4 months, the base wine is spatted in autoclave where it stops for about 45 days. The Charmat method exalts the characteristics of varietal aroma, freshness and sapidity typical of the vine
