Nature Rosè Berlucchi '61 Franciacorta 2012 pas dosé
Berlucchi '61 Nature Rosè come from vineyards of property grown exclusively in Pinot Noir located in the municipality of Corte Franca, all with an average age of 20 years, therefore perfectly ripe to give "vintage grapes". The high plant densities help to emphasize the varietal characteristics of the grapes, both in terms of phenolic and technological maturity. In the first case, the grapes are ripe from the point of view of polyphenols and varietal aromatic precursors: this translates into great aromatic and structural potential. the grapes have the desired organoleptic characteristics in a base Franciacorta wine, good acidity and low pH, guarantees of important evolutionary potential
On the palate Berlucchi ’61 Nature Rosé displays the purest possible expression of Pinot Nero grown in Franciacorta, weaving together many nuances for a perfect result. In addition, since there is no sugar-syrup dosage, the wine is the truest expression of the growing area’s most natural, forthright character. Expressive, complex aromas and a heady, lingering palate make this a terrific, cellarable Millesimato.

Franco Ziliani, elected father of Franciacorta by local winemakers, led the company in the new Millennium, a territory of new and engaging challenges. At his side is the second generation, represented by his sons Cristina, Arturo and Paolo, respectively head of communication, production and commercial area of casa Berlucchi.
Excavated and ten meters below ground level, the historic winery amazes and fascinates, today as yesterday, its visitor. It is a grand vault made at the end of the seventeenth century by the ancestors of Guido Berlucchi, who matured their still wines.
