Classicism, innovation in the vineyard and in the cellar, contribute to the production of wines of considerable impact. The heirs of the tradition and the interpreters of the new technologies collaborate in the company. There is passion, that of Antonio and Luigi Ulisse, brothers and founders of the project, there are meticulousness and planning: in two words the Ulisse style. The productive structure of the winery of the Ulisse Estate is at the forefront: the wine-making area is equipped with latest generation technologies and the modern bottling line guarantees the utmost care in packaging the products. Small tanks to keep the different types of product separated according to the characteristics of each individual vineyard (altitude, exposure, nature of the soil, clone, training system, grape harvest time, etc.) to enhance the characteristics of the typical vines of our territory. In the cellar must arrive perfectly healthy grapes, organoleptically complete, harvested at the right level of ripeness.
