HISTORY AND COMPANY

THE AMARO OF THE PRATI STABILI The history of the Bonaventura Maschio distillery begins in Gaiarine, in 1903, in a condition of extreme poverty, where the only one to have was a cart distiller that the family used to draw behind distilling door-to-door marc in neighboring countries. How many sacrifices have been made! But the reward has come year after year, thanks also to word of mouth and studies, and today Bonaventura male is undoubtedly one of the most important names referred to for grappas and brandies of the highest quality. But also bitter, like the Pratum, also known as "bitter of stable meadows", created by the choice of 7 herbs from the stable meadows of Friuli, real protected oases where man intervenes only to make and not to deprive, creating a liqueur with a taste reminiscent of the Alps and the freshness of the mountains, for a magical sip to be enjoyed to the full. Very intense amber color with rose gold reflections. The nose reveals incredible olfactory elegance in the quality of aromas reminiscent of wild flowers, honey, freshly mown grass and light puffs of thyme and lemon balm. In the mouth it is a priceless mix of chinotto, sage and chamomile, wrapped in a soft embrace of extreme elegance that leads to menthol and tamarind sensations, in a long finish in perfect balance between sweet / bitter
