HISTORY

A wine producer of extremely rare capacity and competence, as well as being impulsive in every choice, volcanic and energetic in his ideas, Peter Dipoli has for years been a true and proper character of the Italian oenological stage and beyond. Born in 1954, after completing his studies in agriculture, he began to carry out the production and distribution of great wines simultaneously, the latter culminating with the foundation, in 1994, of the Fine Wines company. Owner and manager of the winery that bears his name, founded in 1987, Dipoli currently grows just under five hectares of vineyards, from which sauvignon blanc, merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes are made. Along the steep slopes of the Penon hill, in the lands of the municipality of Cortaccia, in the province of Bolzano, the rows enjoy excellent exposures and important temperature ranges. With an annual production of about 40 thousand bottles, those labeled Dipoli are wines of very high quality, the result of accurate and meticulous selections, which give rise to rare and precious, direct, straightforward, essential and deep sensations.
