A candid, minimalist and unusual structure in Sulcis Iglesiente, is gently welcomed by the slopes of the hills overlooking Porto Pino. It stands out in the midst of the green of the Mediterranean scrub and of the vineyards, from where it observes with satisfaction the surrounding territory and the fruit of its work. and is observed with amazement and wonder by the many eyes that can be seen even from a distance. The portal and the large external wall recreate the suggestions of the Mesa wines labels. Within 5 thousand meters divided into three levels, very modern and structured according to a logic where grapes and wine can be treated with particular regard, followed by sight in their process through immense stained glass windows. Banned pumps, everything happens through the principle of natural fall. The grapes, in the upper part of the building, are subjected to de-stemming and soft pressing and then left to precipitate in the ground-floor winemakers where the must faces the subsequent processing phases. For the last refinement process, the wine is transferred to the most hidden level of the cellar, several meters below the level of the land where the journey ends in barriques.
