Masseria Felicia is located in Carano, in San Terenzano, a small fraction of Sessa Aurunca, the first municipality in the province of Caserta. Located on the Massico area, the company is expertly managed by the Brini family. The structure, dating back to the early twentieth century, was taken over by Sandro, father of the current owner Maria Felicia, after the war. The old farmhouse was for many years the home and refuge of Sandro and his wife Giuseppina, before being managed by his daughter Maria, who today carries it forward with her husband and oenologist Vincenzo Mercurio. The property extends for only 5 hectares and the production focuses on the two varieties of the Campania region: aglianico and falanghina. Aglianico can be found in three types: young, refined (Ariapetrina) and Riserva (Bronze Label while falanghina is used alone for the production of the two white wines of Masseria Felicia, Anthologia and Sinopea. In 1999 the first harvest takes place with the result of a wine difficult to be drunk immediately but with a power, longevity and evolution difficult to find in other wines. In 2002, the first label is introduced on the market represented by the Falerno del Massico Rosso Label Bronze 2000.
