With the Maley apple cider, thanks to the ancient trees of Valle d'Aosta and the Chamonix Valley, Gianluca Telloli, supported by Emidio Martino and Paolo Bertola, returns to revive an ancient traditional drink that for centuries has been present on the tables in many alpine villages. This innovative project is born from the passion for apples and for the effervescence in all its forms, from the love for the alpine landscapes and from the respect for biodiversity guarded by generations of farmers gardeners of the Alps.   Maley is the ancient name by which the apple grown in Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn- Matterhorn in the Aosta Valley was called. Maley is one of the ancient names of Mont Blanc, both on the Valdostano and Savoiardo slopes.   Today Maley is a cider produced in full respect of the Alpine traditions of the Valle d'Aosta and the Chamonix Valley.
