HISTORY AND COMPANY
Louis Tête is one of the oldest Maison of the Beaujolais region, directed since 1800 by the founding family. The vineyards are located in areas with the most favorable climate: Beaujolais-Villages, Château des Alouettes, Domain des Jumelles. The family tradition is handed down in the splendid vaulted cellars in Saint-Didier-sur-Beaujeu. Here the wines are selected and assembled after many tastings. The cellars are managed by modern hardware and technical innovation in compliance with traditional methods. Modern equipment and techniques (analysis laboratory, stainless steel tanks) contribute to maintaining the quality of the wines. Bottling systems and large-scale storage facilities make it possible to respond quickly to customer demand.
