HISTORY

It is more than a hundred years that the Poli family carries on the typical tradition for the production of grappa with the intent to convey and make people understand the work, the constancy and above all the love that is contained in every bottle of the precious distillate. Founded in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Veneto region, the Poli family immediately made grappa a very high quality product, characterized by a refined balance of character and elegance, due to a modern use of the ancient still copper composed of steam boilers. At the base of the Poli family's success, the five foundations of the company's production ethics require only very fresh and healthy pomace from the territory that stretches from Bassano del Grappa to the hills of Marostica and Breganze, immediate distillation with a discontinuous cycle, meticulous workmanship and above all respect for grappa and the consumer. To be produced by the brothers Jacopo, Giampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli therefore a handcrafted and wise grappa, delicious and complex, able to reveal itself on the palate in all its wonderful facets
