It is the idea by which, in the first half of the last century, the Cenatiempo Vini d'Ischia was founded, with a family approach that preserves the link with history: it is represented in an emblematic way by our 17th century cellar, a wonderful work excavated in the Kalimera hill.
To better represent the territory, the company has a broad and structured structure. Alongside the direct, engaging and passionate management of the vineyard, we take care of the transformation of the grapes, from harvesting to bottling, and of distribution to customers, with a catering channel delegated to an external company.
In addition we act as little as possible on musts: we rely on the control of fermentation temperatures, mechanical filtration, and we use sulfites in just perceptible quantities. The choice of collaborators and partners for the sale of our products takes place among those who share these principles.
