Malvazija 2016 Biological Skerk
Malvazija is a biological wine produced in the heart of the Karst from Skerk. It has a bright yellow color, has a fruity and floral scent; an intense, saline and fresh taste. The grapes are born in red and limestone lands beaten by Bora that helps to keep them always healthy and dry, ensuring a successful organic and biodynamic agriculture to which the highly sensitive winemaker, Sandi Skerk, particularly holds.

Sandy Skerk and his family, in the ancient agreement between man and nature, are dedicated with a deep sense of belonging to the territory to the cultivation of high density vines and, inspired by the ancient techniques of viticulture, they are oriented towards the cultivation of those indigenous varieties, such as Terrano, Vitovska and Malvasia, which have proven over the centuries to be able to ensure the best results in this land and climate.
Thanks to the progressive refinement in the vineyard, the skilful selection of grapes and careful winemaking in the cellar, which being completely dug into the limestone is able to ensure the right balance between humidity and temperature, these wines find their maximum expression and buy a unique and original character.
