This particular and appreciated Spanish liquor, famous all over the world, is produced by Zamora, a post-war establishment founded by three brothers; realized, as the name suggests, with an ancient and secret recipe in which 43 different ingredients are used, it is said that it has a history that dates back to Roman times, when, after conquering the city of Quart Hadas, they discovered a delicious drink made with herbs and citrus, typical of the place.
