HISTORY AND COMPANY
Earth, sun, vine, grapes, hand, wood, glass, eye, mouth, palate, throat. Eleven elements, combined with careful experience, allow you to satisfy the perfect desire with the perfect pleasure. Of all the foods, nothing is more sweet than drinks. Of all the drinks, only wine is able to celebrate in its fullness this path of very human happiness, stretched between the earth and the throat. But there is no wine; the wines exist. And every wine has its own history: recent or very ancient, linear or sinuous, individual or choral. Vinosía di Luciano Ercolino tells the family story that goes back over a hundred years and that has seen so many diligent generations cultivating passions in a very ancient land: Irpinia. Here since 1887 an entire peasant family has pursued its own utopia: a widespread winery in the territory and confused with it: producing unsurpassed wines, imbued with the flavors and aromas, looks and gestures that have always accompanied the slow flow of time in this beautiful and grumpy land. Vinosía by Luciano Ercolino is the seamless continuation of grandfather Francesco's dream - born in 1887 - to realize a singular experience from which today comes a conscious security, a calibrated courage and a renewed creative impulse. The cellar is finally built in the heart of Irpinia, immersed in the greenery of the ancient Paternopoli. The vineyards, at the center of the DOCG and DOC denominations of the territory, were chosen for the unique vocation of those lands. The wines produced express character and personality and are immediately recognizable. Luciano Ercolino, proud heir of that peasant culture and back from pioneering and established experience in the sector, gave birth in 2004 to Vinosía, identifying in the quality of production, in the enhancement of its own history, its own experience, its specificity and cultural refinement the values to interpose with their competitors.
