Ischia Biancolella di Cenatiempo is a white wine born from the exceptional combination of climatic and territorial conditions that only a habitat like the Gulf of Naples can give. Night of yellow flesh fruits and soft, fruity and harmonious taste make this wine a good choice for classy food pairings or simply for tasty aperitifs among friends.
The Biancolella Ischia Cenatiempo is a white wine that tells the incredible bond between the native vines of the island of Ischia and the their terroir. The grapes are cultivated in a more unique than rare habitat, between reliefs that exceed 500-600 meters of altitude, in the heart of the Gulf of Naples. History teaches us that it was the ancient Greeks who brought the Biancolella vines in this area and without even knowing it, they gave life to what in the distant future would have been one of the most appreciated wines of the Campania panorama. The Cenatiempo Ischia Biancolella, was born from a organic and biodynamic agriculture . The vines can enjoy the typical minerality given by the volcanic soil . The collection is manual, scrupulous and selected; the harvested berries are then vinified in steel barrels or cement at a controlled temperature to then enjoy a aging on indigenous yeasts . All of this gives life to a white wine with a soft and refined taste , with fruity notes and enveloping that goes so well with the typical dishes of the region or fish courses in general.

«Our wine must express the volcanic and maritime nature of the Ischian land»
It is the idea by which, in the first half of the last century, the Cenatiempo Vini d'Ischia was founded, with a family approach that preserves the link with history: it is represented in an emblematic way by our 17th century cellar, a wonderful work excavated in the Kalimera hill.
To better represent the territory, the company has a broad and structured structure. Alongside the direct, engaging and passionate management of the vineyard, we take care of the transformation of the grapes, from harvesting to bottling, and of distribution to customers, with a catering channel delegated to an external company.
In addition we act as little as possible on musts: we rely on the control of fermentation temperatures, mechanical filtration, and we use sulfites in just perceptible quantities. The choice of collaborators and partners for the sale of our products takes place among those who share these principles.
