The cup is colored by a dark but bright ruby, the scents are of great impact, with an intense fruity fill of blackberry and cherry, enriched with notes of herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, licorice and an intriguing mineral touch . At the tasting shows a relevant structure, well-balanced between the warm embrace dictated by the alcoholic content and proper freshness; the tannin is soft and the persistence is very tenacious. Perfect on seasoned cheeses. Ready to be drunk immediately, but it also endures a 7/8 year old.
