Dunico by Masseria Pepe is a Primitivo di Manduria DOP produced in Puglia. The coast south of Taranto is famous for its beaches and sandy beaches that glide towards the Ionian Sea from imposing centuries-old dunes. The vines of the primitivo with alberello were cultivated close to the latter, often on a straight foot, that is planting the cutting in the sand. This wine is the only product in the Dunes in the Masseria Pepe district

Racemi project consists in the enhancement of the Puglia Vineyard, that is in the research, vinification and international marketing of the regional native vines. The idea, born from the intuition of Gregory Perrucci, materialized on the basis of the experience gained with the phenomenon Felline - Primitivo di Manduria, the wine that first lit the spotlight on what today is considered the most prestigious of the vines Puglia. Since then the activity of study, experimentation and application has never stopped in Manduria, and thanks to the constant commitment of a young and motivated staff as well as to international level consultations (we will remember the collaborations with Roberto Cipresso, the late Enzo Moiso ) have been returned to the "memory" tasting wines from the most disparate varieties: negramaro, ottavianello, malvasia nera, sussumaniello, in purity and in innovative cuts among them. Some of these vines have even been recovered from the abyss of extinction (sussumaniello and ottavianello) while others have been reinterpreted with cultivation and vinification approaches of absolute novelty. Racemi, is therefore a place of confrontation of ideas and applications of different experiences aimed at setting up a portfolio of wine companies that can represent the excellence of wine in Puglia.
