The "Ciliegiolo di Narni" is wholly produced and bottled at the origin by the farm of Leonardo Bussoletti in the town of Narni in Umbria. Tasting this cherry wood, we contribute to the restoration of the thirty-three large frescoed lunettes of the former convent of Sant'Agostino in Narni, by the Narnese artist Federico Benincasa (18th century)

HISTORY
Leonardo Bussoletti is a farm which is located in Narni, in the province of Terni, in an area particularly suited to viticulture. Leonardo Bussoletti, the owner, with the precious support of the agronomist Federico Curtaz, leads biological, to today, 7 hectares of vineyard, composed mainly of ciliegiolo and to follow from grechetto and trebbiano. Following the principles of certified organic from Suolo e Salute, spontaneous fermentations, without selected yeasts, are preferred but with the pied de cuve system, or with the use of its own grapes.
