Brandy Cardenal Mendoza, aged in Sherry Wine Boots, has an average age of 15 years, much more than the minimum required. All our brandies are Solera Gran Reserva, the highest category within the regulatory council of Brandy de Jerez. It is the royalty of the brandies in the Marco de Jerez de la Frontera, in Spain.
